CHS VBS Jul 28-Aug 1, Evenings 6:30-8:45 at Mt. Hope: It's time again to don tunics and sandals and travel back to Jerusalem, this time to 33AD. Watch the torch lit dramas unfold the story of the most important week in human history - the crucifixion and resurrection of Jesus. Breathe in the sights, sounds, smells, and tastes of the ancient marketplace. Bring the whole family and join the shopkeepers, the rabbi, the Roman centurion, and all the kids around the cooking fire and tell stories. Our Bible times reenactment is for children of 5 and up although still younger ones are most welcome if accompanied by a parent. Invite family, friends, and neighbors to the Marketplace celebration on Friday night, August 1, starting at 6:30 pm.
